I found it very interesting that in the beginning nobody ran away from the alien. In the time it was set they still didn't have space travel so it was interesting that they were so calm and cool about the presence of a grotesque looking alien. I found the end to be very ironic not only because we consider donkeys to be a very dumb species and it ended up being the alien, but because something we see everyday was the alien.
ReplyDeleteI thought that this story was strange because in most movies or stories people are afraid of the aliens but in this one they were friendly to him. I also thought it was strange how the whole story completely changed when the author revealed to us that the donkeys were actually the aliens.
